Refund Policy - the basics

You reserve time, effort, and staff for every booking, so cancellations and changes have clear consequences.

Due to the inherently unpredictable nature of restaurant operations, Clients must be prepared for an Anam & Co. Lead to provide shift coverage in any area of the establishment as needed during the hours booked. For this reason, all restaurant or shift coverage bookings are excluded from the complimentary date move policy and are strictly non-refundable, except at Anam & Co.'s sole discretion.

If a client cancels more than 14 days before the event, they get a 25% refund of the service fee.

If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you will not receive a refund.

This complimentary date move policy applies only to social events (such as weddings and private parties)—it does not apply to restaurant or shift coverage bookings. A client can change their event date once for free, as long as the new date is within 6 months and you are available. If not, it’s treated as a cancellation (and the refund policy applies).

If the client books services less than seven days before the event (“last-minute”), those bookings are always final and non-refundable.

By paying and booking, this procedure alone ensures that the client confirms they have reviewed all policies and terms and conditions associated with Anam & Co. and formally agree to them.
